New Screenplay

I'm putting the finishing touch on a new screenplay, "Wild, but". Kieth Ellerbe helped execute this romantic comedy and I'm happy and proud with the results. I now have four screenplays in four different genres, waiting for production.

Double Destiny

Synopsis of story: The year is 1993 and the U.S. Defense Dept. Black ops division has discovered a devastating nuclear weapon forgotten after the fall of the Soviet Union. Dr. Simon Hazlett, a nano technologies expert as well as weapons developer inadvertantly triggers the device. In an effort to abort the project, he downloads a failsafe code onto a nano chip and surgically inserts it in the brain of one of his newborn identical twin daughters. Flash forward to 2011. General Arden Foyer has been looking for Dr. Hazlett's twin daughters for 18 years to assure that the bomb detonates on schedule, December 20th, 2011. The CIA is also involved as well as Syrian terrorists, everyone trying to chase down these two coeds who hold the key to stopping the device from goimg off.

History of Movie projects

My current project, "Double Destiny" is a feature length screenplay I've been working on for about 13 years. I'm attempting to raise the funds to begin filming a theatrical trailer for the movie. This is a very ambitious action/adventure film, with identical twin, 18 year old girls as the main protagonists. It boils down to a cross-country chase film involving the U.S. Army, the CIA and Syrian terrorists as the main players, all trying to get their hands on Marilyn and Molly Hazlett. These sisters unknowingly hold the key to stopping a devastating nuclear disaster and there are many twists and turns as well as a positive message. I must give credit to my collaborator, Bruce W. Durbin for invaluable assistance bringing this project to completion, truly a gifted screenwriter.

Native

This is an alternate reality story centered around the North American Indian tribes around the time of Custer's last stand (1876). Running Bear, chief of the Lakota Sioux, has a vision from the Great Spirit. If he follows it exactly and without deviation, the future of his people and all indigenous peoples is assured. It involves uniting all remaining North American tribes in an unprecedented strategy that is bold as it is risky. The lives of all Native Americans and the future of the land called "America" is the reward for success and total annihilation is the result of failure. It is an action/adventure story featuring Native Americans as the focus with a cast of 1000's and beautiful locations, realistic battle sequences, surprise allies, traitors and even the Queen of England! This story shows Native Americans in a positive light as they fight for the land that the Great Spirit gave them thousands of years ago. The warrior spirit and culture of compassion, emotion and sensitivity towards the land is the real star of this expansive and unique script.
